About
All four generations of our family had a part in building this retreat so we can come together for special occasions. Now it’s ready for you to come with your family and friends. We have several unique amenities beyond Suncadia’s typical stone fireplaces, leather couches and firepits. We’ve created two patios, a screened porch, and horseshoe pits on a spacious extra lot. Along with handcrafted furniture we’ve added a huge rustic table that can seat all of us/you… with a second table where games won’t need to be put away to get ready for dinner. There’s even a private suite with its own living room and kitchenette. Imagine the good times- great and small- celebrating your special occasion together!

FALL “FIRE TREES” ON MAPLE LEAF LOOP
Fall may be my favorite season on Maple Leaf Loop. The weather can be crispy with the maple bushes and trees showing off their bright reds, oranges and yellows against the sky high evergreens.
We are thrilled and humbled by a three page article in November’s “Stroll” magazine. A Generational Legacy enters the Rental Pool for New Memories.” Thank you Jennie Graham.
IT’S SEPTEMBER. As the seasons change Autumn is my favorite season in Suncadia. The colors. The variety of weather. It’s time for biking, hiking. Time for morning coffee around the firepit and then gather there as the sun leaves the sky and stars come out.
Friends and family can all gather for food and chats around the large rugged table. There are cozy, private places in the retreat too – even an outdoor room with 6′ couch.
